Go to the Customers menu and select Customer Center. In the Customers & Jobs section, click the drop-down arrow. Upon accessing the QuickBooks Desktop, users can navigate to the ‘Help’ menu and select the ‘QuickBooks Desktop Help’ option. From there, they can find the ‘Contact Us’ button, which will initiate the chat feature. Select Customers with open balances. The system will generate the customer and jobs lists that still have an open balance.
