When you\’re shouting at customer care over the phone about how you was overlooked for an important piece of information, they ask whether you\’ve checked your spam folder. Realizing that you haven\’t, you break out in a cold sweat. Sure enough, the reason the email is there is because your junk filter hasn\’t been operating correctly. You hang up the phone in humiliation as you feel your toes curl with embarrassment.
