Although Spirit will allow some itinerary changes (for a fee of up to $120) and its Contract of Carriage confirms that tickets may be canceled within 24 hours of booking (for departures that are more than 7 days/168 hours away), it does not allow any name changes or allow tickets to be transferred to other passengers.
