Bhoomi pooja is an important ritual that is performed before constructing a home. This ceremony honours the Mother Earth and purifies the land of any negative energy and Vastu doshas. Bhoomi pooja is generally performed twice a month, with Monday and Thursday being the most auspicious days. However, it is not advised to do this pooja on Saturdays, Sundays or Tuesdays.
