American Airlines Adds New Vegan Entree to In-Flight Menu

American Airlines has added a new vegan entree to its in-flight menu. The Plant-Based Bulgogi Noodle Bowl is available on transcontinental Flagship service flights and features yakisoba noodles, stir-fry vegetables, and plant-based beef crumbles. The entree is also gluten-free and nut-free. The new entree is part of American Airlines’ ongoing efforts to offer more vegan and plant-based options to its customers. In 2020, the airline launched a new plant-based menu in its Admirals Club lounges. The menu includes a variety of vegan snacks, salads, and entrees.
