FCSA umbrella accused of withholding £000’s from contractors

According to the BBC’s Moneybox, an FCSA-member umbrella business has been accused of withholding thousands of pounds in holiday pay from contractors. Last Saturday afternoon’s BBC Radio 4 programme featured an unnamed contractor who claimed they had to threaten employment tribunal (ET) proceedings before their umbrella firm paid out holiday pay owed to them and several coworkers totaling around £6,000 each.
