Swiss Air’s flight change policy states that you can change your flight for free as long as you do so within 24 hours of booking.
If you have booked flights on the official website, you will need to make changes through the website only.
If your tickets are booked through a third-party agent, then you will need to ask the relevant agent to make changes to your flights. The applicable fees will be decided by the third party only.
If your new flight costs less than your old one, the airline will credit the fare difference to your original payment source.
If you make changes after the 24-hour window, you will be charged a change fee, depending on various factors and ticket type.
You can change or reschedule your flight dates, destinations and class of service for short and long haul flights. However, the trip must be made before February 28, 2023.
You can only change your flight if you meet the eligibility criteria, as decided by Swiss Air.
