NEW ZEALAND AIRLINES has no standard 24-hour cancellation policy. However, if you book at least seven days before your flight, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. For last-minute bookings, this option isn’t available. For Seat or Seat+ Bag fares, a change fee of NZD $50 per person applies. Flexi change or Flexir efund fares allow same-day changes at no charge.
