Through a longer email conversation with ClickUp support, I learned, that this is dependent on the device model (at least for Android). For me it is a total blocker as I cannot access my work content from mobile. What could be a quick task (e.g. approve a design in Canva on the go) is becoming a blocker. Just because design principles of the mobile platform are completely ignored. Seeing this issue open for years makes me wonder if ClickUp is really focusing on productivity.
