Frontier Airlines Cancellation Policy

If your flight is postponed, cancelled or diverted for reasons under Frontier Airlines’ control, you’ll be re-assigned to the next flight available at no extra cost. If your flight is canceled, delayed or diverted for reasons outside of Frontier’s control (e.g. extreme weather, bird strikes, or air traffic control), you’ll resettle on the next flight available or on a subsequent flight that meets your needs (when the weather calms down). Or, if your flight has been cancelled, you can ask for a full refund of the unused part of your ticket under Frontier’s Cancellation policy
