Happy Engineers Day 2022 Status Video Download – Engineer’s Day is observed on the birth anniversary of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya on September 15th every year. Sir MV was India’s first economist, statesman, dam builder, and civil engineer. He was the Diwan of Mysore, from 1912 to 1918 and due to his social, economic, and industrial contributions, MV is referred to as the “Father of Modern Mysore.” He played an important role in the construction of dams, reservoirs, and hydro-power projects in modern India.
