The account number now appears in front of the customer’s name on internal lists and screens. For customer facing numbering: Go to Customers (Take me there). Select a customer to open the customer page, then choose Edit. Go to the Customers menu and select Customer Center. In the Customers & Jobs section, click the drop-down arrow. Select Customer’s with open balances. The system will generate the customer and jobs lists that still have an open balance.
