To track changes in Word, go to the Review tab and click Track Changes. Once activated, all edits, such as text insertions, deletions, or formatting changes, will be highlighted with different colors and styles. You can then review changes, accept or reject them, and choose how the changes are displayed using various options in the Tracking section.
