The as-built drawings depict the current condition of the facility. Rather than showing the structure as intended, they show it as it currently stands. Although you already have a collection of drawings, scheduling as-built drawings is a good idea since buildings sometimes go differently than they are. Sketches measured and tested in the field are superior to anything else.
