In Seattle Landlord Carl Haglund of Seattle believes that the pandemic-era restrictions are to blame for an increase in tenants skipping rent payments.

The difficulty is that the city has introduced new legislation that makes it more difficult for us to properly evict the tenants and that has made it very expensive during this COVID embargo, according to Haglund.
