Some UMass Community members have had issues with Microsoft Office 2013’s activation. “Sorry We’re Having Some Temporary Server Issues,” is displayed to the user when they attempt to activate Office files or open them. Internet Explorer is the cause of the issue, and rebooting the programme appears to solve it. Start by offline activating your Office product. Reset Internet Explorer to its default settings next.
