The Family Sponsorship immigration program lets you sponsor your relatives if you and they are eligible for the sponsoring. Canada aims to process about 78,000 spousal applications in 2023. The amount of spouse visas in Canada that IRCC issues will only increase over time. This means that according to the Immigration Levels Plan in 2024 and 2025, Canada aims to welcome around 80,000 and 82,000 immigrants respectively under this visa type.
