As per the TAP Portugal 24 hour cancellation, any cancellation initiated or done within 24 hours and the travel date is far beyond 7 days, the traveller is eligible for the full refund. You can cancel your booking anytime cancellation is made within 24 hours from the date of purchase or the ticket. If you cancel your TAP Air Portugal flight within 24 hours of his scheduled departure time, the Air will charge you USD 100 to USD 400 as a cancellation fee. You can also submit a cancellation request after cancelling your ticket.
