Umbrella Company in New Holiday Pay Scandal

Contractor Voice has filed another lawsuit against one of the UK’s biggest umbrella corporations, a year after the BBC’s Moneybox reported the first FCSA umbrella company scandal involving the withholding of contractors’ vacation pay. Membership in associations such as the FCSA and Professional Passport is intended to promote those umbrellas that can be trusted for their high standards in an uncontrolled business, thus this revelation has taken the whole umbrella industry by surprise.
